    Orders

    We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. 

    Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

    Please send us an email within 12 hours from order placement with the reason for your cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate this request, however we cannot provide any guarantees. Our team will notify you of your cancellation status (approved / rejected).

    Shipping

    We offer free international shipping (exceptions apply) for all products. 

    Once you have placed your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery to the United States, and 15 - 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

    Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply. The standard shipping times do not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseen delays that may arise with the courier service. 

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

    Any duties and/or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Relieve & Restore. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their package, Relieve & Restore is not liable for the package and it will be disposed of by the courier service. Please note refunds will not be provided for any refused shipment. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
