What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. 

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Any duties and/or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Relieve & Restore. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Orders & Shipping

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. In your delivery confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check your order status

Can I cancel my order?

Please send us an email within 12 hours from order placement with the reason for your cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate this request, however, we cannot provide any guarantees. Our team will notify you of your cancellation status (approved / rejected). 

Can I change my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

How much is shipping?

We offer free international shipping for all products. 

When will my order arrive?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing.

United States Shipping: 12 - 18 Days

International Shipping: 7 - 15 Days

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.


Returns & Refund

My order has arrived but there are some issues. What can I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify any issues.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend that you return the item you have and once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase.

Do I need to pay for shipping if I return the item?

Yes, customers are required to pay the shipping costs when they return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you if the refund is approved or rejected. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, however, that your bank or credit card company may take several days to process the payment back into your account.  We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
